We invite all knitters to join us every 3rd Tuesday of the month from 10:30 to 12:00 noon at Knotty Girl Fiber Arts Studio
(6015 S. Staples) and learn more about our Guild.

Our Mission is to expand the knitting skills and knowledge of all our members, educate the community as to the benefits of knitting as a craft and to also participate in sponsoring charity projects for our area.

Projects which we are proud to participate in are:

Angel Heart Blanket Project - Angel Blankets for soon to be Angels at Driscoll Children's Hospital.

Project Helmet Liner - Knitting helmet liners for the brave men and women of the armed services stationed on cold environments.

Prayer Shawl Ministry - Knitting shawls for those who need comfort.

Yarn Box - Distributing donated yarn to various organizations, nursing homes, etc. that can make good use of yarn remnants, extra balls or just part of your yarn stash.  

NEWS FLASH: Wanted: Saturday Guild Members. May will be the official 1st meeting of the Saturday Guild and we need members - its easy to join!

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and Guild is organizing an event to promote breast health and the therapeutic qualities of knitting. We need your suggestions and help in knitting "Pretty in Pink" scarves for sale.
